About the AABA

The Asian American Bar Association of Houston (AABA) is a voluntary organization of attorneys, judges, and law students of Asian heritage or who have Asian American interests. Founded in 1984, the AABA's membership reflects all aspects of Houston's Asian American legal community. In coordinating social events, continuing legal education, and pro bono and volunteer opportunities, the AABA promotes the Houston society of Asian American lawyers and addresses the needs of Houston's Asian American community.

Cost: Asian Chamber of Commerce Members $15, Guests $20, free for paid AABA members.

Please join us for a presentation by Joseph Tung of Tung Law Firm, PLLC and Aaron Woo of McCullough Sudan.

*Joseph will address some of the most common employment law issues encountered by small businesses, how to prevent them, and what to do when they occur.

*Aaron will cover when a contract is necessary, what the benefits are of drafting a contract, and what happens when you donít have a contract in place.

*Both presenters will have time to address questions during and after their presentations.
